This type of fasting is very effective as long as you stick to the rules. No food or drinks, just water. After you have done this type of dieting, you will be amazed at how easy it is to follow.

If in the beginning go as many hours as you can, until you have built up to the 22 or 24 hours.

It’s not complicated, once you start it will get easier. But in the beginning it does take willpower, because you should not cheat by taking little bites of food or putting cream in your coffee, or drinking diet drinks.

Before long it will be second nature to you and you will be on the road to success and a slimmer, trimmer you.
